SHIPPING POLICIES:
The Bed Bug ships either via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges, plus the cost of shipping. Returns must be done within 1 week of receiving the merchandise, and must be in original packaging.

The Bed Bug wants to insure your satisfaction. However, in cases of exchanges the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to and from our store. The Bed Bug cannot accept any exchanges of opened merchandise; An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required. No exchange will be made without an RMA number.
